Pre-outline planning application submitted

So far David Wilson Homes have only submitted a Screening Opinion (or some such) which tells them whether they have to do an Environmental survey.

The planning officer has confirmed they don’t. We now await with trepidation the application to be submitted from David Wilson Homes.
