We meet every Thursday morning in the Village Hall from10.30am -12 midday. Tai Chi is a series of gentle exercises which are suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. The class is now in its third year and has nearly 40 members (both male and female), many of whom are seniors. There is a rolling membership system and anyone is welcome to come along and try the class.
