The Planning authority for Middleton Cheney is South Northants District Council (SNC). It is their job to process all planning applications. They also ensure that Middleton Cheney Parish Council recieves copies of all applications. The Parish Council can make comments for or against the application, which have been discussed at the Parish Meetings or Planning Meeting which the public are invited to attend.

SNC usually give the Parish Council 21 days to reply.

If you select the Enter Search Criteria, and then enter Middleton Cheney you will see a current list of Applications

If the application number is not highlighted in blue it is probably because the SNC website has not been updated.  

As well as being able to view the full planning application at SNC’s offices, the Parish Clerk will hold a copy until the Parish has submitted their comments and SNC has made a final decision.
