REGULAR EVENT
Rhymetime – Next Session 7th December
First Wednesday every month from 10am - 10.30am. Songs and Rhymes for the under 5s. Free to join in and no need to book.
Part of the Book Start Bear Club? You can get a paw print for coming along!
Book-a-Bites - Ages 8 - 12
Book-a-Bites is a young persons book club, that is voluntarily run by Amy, from crafts to stories and everything in between each session is individually planned and each has its own theme. Since September we have had a slumber party, Halloween session, and picked new books for children’s library!
If you want to be involved or know someone who does pop into the library and ask to speak to Amy who would be happy to tell you more, there are only a few spaces left so be quick!
Christmas is almost here and we have lots of new stock suitable for Christmas presents from Stocking Fillers to presents under the tree! Prices starting at just 50p! Pop in and have a look for yourself!
The library is now part of the ‘Energy Meter Loan Scheme’. So, if you would like to see how you could reduce your energy use (and your electricity bills!) the library can loan you, free of charge, an energy monitor. They do not require you to do any wiring yourself and come with easy operating instructions.
We also stock TV Power Down units, free to all residents in Northamptonshire in partnership with the Northamptonshire Fire Brigade. These units automatically switch off electrical items that are plugged in to your TV such as DVD players and games consoles. – saves you money and good for the environment!
