Welcome to Chestnut Osteopathic Practice, a team of expert osteopaths registered at the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).  As the GOsC's registration mark says, you can feel confident that you're safe in our hands.

The Practice has established in 1998 and has been in Middleton Cheney from 2002 serving the local community.  We are a friendly team focussed on providing personalised professional care throughout your journey to recovery and health. We treat and also help to prevent a wide range of problems from back pain through to sports injuries and work-related ailments.

At the practice we offer osteopathic treatment as well as cranio-sacral therapy suitable for babies through to the elderly. We also have the choice of female and male practitioners, extended working hours and are covered by all the major insurance providers. 

Osteopathy is a specific approach to healthcare based on an established system of clinical diagnosis. Osteopaths focus on the structure and function of the body using gentle manipulative techniques to correct and normalise joint and tissue imbalances. Osteopathy treats the person not just the disorder and in particular, it is concerned with the relationship between the structure of the body and the way it functions.
