19 More houses planned for Main Road Middleton

The Parish Council and some residents directly effected by the development have been contacted by Birmingham Developers DTZ for comments and observations on a proposal for 19 houses at 2A, 4 and 6 Main Road. We will post a copy of the letter and plan by Wednesday this week. Please be aware that approaches from developers to stakeholders is now seen part of the pre-application process and will be taken into consideration during the official planning process.
